Road washing high water pressure
Portable machine washing road maintenance Cbishim- high water pressure
- Renewal of road surface texture (micro and macro)
- Removing contaminants and cleaning the face of pavement
- Roads, surface roughness
- Remove rubber scraps landing and race tracks
- Removing paint marks transport routes
- Removal of damaged coating to prevent slipping
- Cleaning Compounds spaces “quiet asphalt” (Porous Asphalt)
- Preparation for the distribution of asphalt layers
- Removing mud from winding
Behavior:
High pressure water blasting (up to 1,056 bar – depending on the type of treatment) in a circular motion across the pavement and immediate suction flushing water into the collection container when the pavement remains completely dry.
Advantages:
- Match all types of asphalt – (standard mixed, SMA, mixes “S” and quiet asphalt).
- Match the types of treatments, such as – Clean spaces mixtures “quiet asphalt”, washing pavements and pathways of various contaminants, surface texture deepening and increasing coefficient of friction of the pavement (to reduce braking distance).
- Efficiency – the strong water flow into the rest of the slots and the nozzles, pull out and remove the infection stuck before the pavement. Water simulate the process of rain, but much higher pressures.
- Comfort – does not require any preparation such as blocking traffic lanes and disorders.
- Activity in all conditions – weather independence, slopes and curves.
- Environmentally friendly – Remove soot residue, oils, greases, fuels, rubber, paints Simon, mud, heavy metals, excess bitumen and asphalt compounds, and removal of sludge landfills are allowed. The process is carried out with pure water only, without using any chemicals or any other material.
- Life – the operation results are stored for longer than methods roughness / other cleaning.
- Low Cost – cheaper by more than 50% of the re-coating / reconstruction of the pavement.
- Dry Road Right – After treatment, the left – in front of a wet road: Right – after treatment, left-ahead
